Caribbean Nights Volunteers Needed

Thank you to all of you who have come forward to help with the Gala needs.

The sponsorship/underwriting packets were mailed out to our faithful donors on Monday. We need:

² Someone to make follow-up phone calls to these businesses.

² Drivers willing to go and pick up items.

We still need some very key players to help spread the workload around.

² Group or individual with the talent to create items for our silent and live auction venues

² Night of the event:

o 10 hands-on worker bees to help setup

o 10 or more worker bees to break down and cleanup at the end of the evening

o 6 workers (2 per hour) selling chips and redeeming tickets at the Casino

o Casino host(ess) to manage volunteers

o 4 or 5 runners to work from 6:00 - 8:00 pm keeping tabs on silent auction bid sheets

o Check-out volunteers

o 5 Step-Up people for the evening willing to do whatever tasks come up that night.

Not able to attend? We need:

² 3 creative people to with ides for event decorating

² Workers for Thursday, May 6th to help load and unload the delivery van from storage unit to the Marriott
