Parent Email - April 6

Dear Families,

Out of an overabundance of caution, we are moving our materials pick-up / drop-off day to Friday, April 17^th from 2pm – 5pm. All teachers will have materials prepared no later than Tuesday (April 14^th) at noon. This allows us to exceed the required recommended time for viruses to travel on paper. Your individual teachers will reach out to you with items that may be needed to be dropped-off or if this is not necessary. Please reach out to child’s teachers with assignment-specific questions. 

To help with controlling the number of people on campus and to promote social distancing, please come to campus  on Friday, April 17th at the times designated below: 

• Last Names A – I : 2 pm – 3 pm
• Last Names J – R : 3 pm – 4 pm
• Last Names S – Z : 4 pm – 5 pm

We want to be able to offer all families the option of electronic or hard copies so that we can accommodate your needs. All teachers will have electronic copies available. Middle school students may come to campus to pick up the novel for their novel study beginning April 20^th or may order the books online or use a digital copy. Middle school novel information will come directly from your student’s English teacher. All auxiliary assignments are now electronic.

As we advise our teachers, we recommend you follow all CDC guidelines regarding hand-washing, sanitization and social distancing.
