SCHOOL NURSE’S NOTES…

Reminders for Parents:

We can not administer anymedications to students without a note signed by the child’s physician. We recommend scheduling medications around school hours (before and after) when possible.

If your child received any vaccine boosters over the summer, please send a copy for the clinic file to update their shot records.

ALL 7^thgraders should have received their boosters for Tetnus, Meningococcal and Chickenpox (Tdap, Menactra and Varicella). IF they have not received the booster, please schedule them. Letters for missing vaccines will go out shortly.
