The Opus XIX Pipe Organ at the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart

Come to the Co-Cathedral of the Sacred Heart, 1111 Saint Joseph Parkway in downtown Houston for the week-long dedication festivities for the new pipe organ.

• Sat., Oct. 2, 4:30 p.m.: Dedication of the Opus XIX Pipe Organ & Sung Vespers – Daniel Cardinal DiNardo, presiding; Co-Cathedral & Archdiocesan Choirs. Musical Concert between Sung Vespers and 6:00 p.m. Mass.

• Sat., Oct. 2, 6:00 p.m. Mass – Archbishop Joseph A. Fiorenza and Bishop Vincent A. Rizzotto; Co-Cathedral & Archdiocesan Choirs.

•Tue., Oct. 5, 7:00 p.m.: Moores School of Music Chorale, Houston Masterworks Chorus & CANTARE. A free willing offering.

• Fri., Oct. 8, 8:00 p.m.: Dedication Recital, David Higgs, Chair of the Organ Dept., Eastman School of Music, NY. $25 per ticket.
