Dismissal Survey - 2024-2025

Dear Parents:
Please fill out the dismissal choice form indicating which way your child(ren) will primarily dismiss from school; carline (located in the front of the school), personal pickup (in the rear of the school), walker/bike rider (please complete permission form) or Beyond the Bell (aftercare). We are continuing to utilize the gym and the rear entrance of the school for personal pick-up this year. Please review all arrival & dismissal policies.

Complete this survey (one per family) by Monday, August 5th. 

We understand that there may be circumstances that require a change in dismissal. If there is a change on a particular day, email the school office at attendance@ap.school by noon so that we can accommodate your request.
