PE is designed to teach and promote physical activity. The focus in PE is on cooperative games, team sports, and individual fitness activities such as stretching, conditioning and running. Some of the units covered may include, but art not limited to, balance, ball skills (football, soccer, basketball), racquet sports (tennis, badminton, pickle ball), Frisbee (disc golf), kickball, golf (putting/chipping), baseball/softball, four square, parachute play, jump rope and scooters.
